Positive, The staff were super nice and helpful. The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. Loved the code lock system for easy access. It's a short walk to popular attractions, and there's a cool common space with games and snacks. Can't wait to return 😊

Everything was excellent, including super-friendly staff and excellent location near to the famous Cathedral. The cafe had a great selection of fabulous meals for breakfast. We truly enjoyed the hotel - it met the purpose.

Miceli, Civico 50 is ideally located near major attractions like the Dome and Gallerie dell'Accademia. The room was spacious, great for a comfortable stay, and if the windows were shut, it was fairly quiet despite being on a busy street. The electronic entry system is efficient, though it's important to prepare in advance by downloading the app.

I was delighted by the charming character of my stay! The digital entry system made the check-in easy, while the apartment was impeccably clean and spacious enough for two. Its close proximity to iconic attractions allowed me to step outside and immerse myself in the beauty of the city within minutes.

Clean and quirky hotel with unbeatable location close to shops & transport, just what I needed. I loved the breakfast with lots of great food. Every staff member was very amiable and amicable.

Miceli, civico 50 is surely a hidden gem, if you enjoy poor service and minimal comfort. The lack of staff at reception was quite disheartening, and I must say, it was quite astonishing that towels weren't changed . I almost wrote a good review, but no upgrade for my inconvenience made it impossible.

I was there with my bf just for one night for mext day convenient sightseeing. Good location only. The moment we stepped in, we knew we rook the wrong choice. Old man & woman could not speak English only young guy speaks and he was the only person I could say friendly. Would never take this one any more.

The room was great, with a fantastic view, and the staff were quite helpful and friendly. I know a few previous reviewers complained about the breakfast options, but I didn't find them to be too limited at all, and the coffee was excellent.

The only thing I'd change is adding window screens, but they don't seem to appear anywhere in Europe. The shower stall could've been a smidge bigger, but it was perfectly functional.

Loved staying at Miceli, Civico 50! The location is perfect for walking to all the major sights, and I enjoyed the comfy bedding and clean room. Just a heads up, there's no reception, but it's manageable with the mobile entry app. Would definitely come back!

The man at reception was very friendly and extremely helpful. The room was spacious, well kept and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is very central: about 15 minute walking distance from the Duomo. Excellent value for money if you're on a tight budget!
